  • Cruse is an organisation which helps people through the bereavement process.
  • Cruse offers:

    Someone to talk to: we have a team of volunteers ready to help anyone, including a child ot young person who has been bereaved, whatever the circumstances of that bereavement.

    Practical advice and information

    Support Groups where you can meet understanding friends who have experienced feelings similar to yours.

    All our services are strictly CONFIDENTIAL.

    There is no charge for any of the above services.

    The Cruse Helpline 01726 76100 is open for 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday and limited hours on Bank Holidays.

    Administration is available 9am 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am - 3.30pm
