We offer free, friendly, confidential support and advice to women and teenage girls who have experienced any form of rape, sexual assult or childhood sexual abuse at any time in their lives. This can be over the phone or by meeting at a place that feels comfortable and safe.
We also give practical support by, for example, accompanying women to a doctor, a clinic, the police station, a solicitor or to court.
