The service provides a full range of contraceptive advice and supplies, this includes: Natural Family Planning, Spermicides, Female Barrier Methods, Diaphragms, caps and female condoms, Male Barrier Methods (condoms), Intrauterine Device & System, Emergency Birth Control (morning after pill), The Mini Pill, The Combined Pill, The Injectable Contraception, The subdermal implant.
Also available at Contraception and Sexual Health Clinics are the following:
Referral for Termination of Pregnancy, Pre-conceptual Counselling, Vasectomy Counselling, Female Sterilisation Counselling, Psychosexual Counselling, Cervical Cytology, Chlamydia Screening and treatment of Chlamydia.
It is usually possible to see a female doctor if preferred.
The Doctors and Nurses all hold qualification in contraception and sexual health.
Advice is available on all sexual health matters.
