* Confidential health service for all children and young people in care who live in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly

* Service takes responsibility for arranging health assessments and health reviews for children and young people looked after

* Wherever possible, a ‘named nurse’ is allocated to each of these young people, this nurse will provide on-going health information, support and advice.
