We offer one to one support through volunteer befriending. Our service is primarily for 18-65. The support includes listening and socialising to lessen personal isolation. The scheme is designed to help people with mental health problems in the district of Carrick.
Our office is open for information, Monday to Friday, 10am - 2pm
(and at other times there is an answer phone.)
