We offer one to one support through volunteer befriending. Our service is primarily for 18+. The service includes listening and socialising to lessen personal isolation. The scheme is designed to help people with mental health problems in the districts of Penwith and Kerrier.
We also run social groups; walk groups; meal clubs; an art & craft group and in-house counselling.
The organisation can also provide additional information. This includes leaflets and helpline telephone numbers.
