We offer one to one support through volunteer befriending. Our service is  for adults 18+. The service includes listening and socialising to lessen personal isolation. The scheme is designed to help people with mental health issues in the districts of Penwith and Kerrier.
We also run social groups and events; walk groups; lunch clubs; an art & craft group, photography club, allotment and a members newsletter and website forum. We also have the Enablement Project, assisting those with no contact with the Mental health teams to access activities. The scheme also provides Volunteering opportunites and relevant training.
The organisation can also provide additional information. This includes MIND leaflets and helpline telephone numbers.
