British Stammering Association offers information, support and a listening ear for all whose lives are affected by stammering in the UK.
Free information packs are available for children and teenagers, as well as parents and adults.
There is an Education Officer for school-related difficulties.
Opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10.30am until 12.30pm and 1.30pm until 3.30pm.
The Helpline is open during some evenings - check on the website
The Association also has a national database for speech and language therapists, so can refer people and put them in touch with those who can help locally.
