CHYP works with young people aged 16-24 years who are homeless or have a housing need to promote their wellbeing.

Information and advice offered regarding housing, benefits, E.M.A., tenancies, etc. Independent living training and one to one support with a keyworker. Also, assistance with finding accommodation. Able to signpost for specialist agencies.

Shower and washing facilities, food and snacks (usually available).

Free condoms, pregnancy testing and sexual health advice.
