The Boarder pass is a pilot scheme running between 14th September 2009 and 31st August 2010 that will entitle young people living in certain areas in West Cornwall a third off adult fares for journeys that begin in West Cornwall.
Those eligible for the scheme must...
- Be aged 16 to 18 on 14th September
- Have a postcode that begins with TR17, 18, 19, 20, 26 or 27
