Young people have told EEFO how they need to be treated by services in order to make accessing services a far easier experience. Based on this information, EEFO have developed a set of quality standards that Services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly must prove they can meet. If they meet the standards, the service will be EEFO Approved and will therefore be a ‘young person friendly’ service.
