Are you over weight?
Last year I realised that I was unfit, overweight and unhealthy so I did something about it, I joined a gym and started to eat healthy food and now, a year later I am my correct weight.
How I felt...
I felt miserable and frustrated I didn’t really know what to do. I was getting teased and bullied at school I didn’t leave my house for about a month because of the bullies.
What can you do about it?
I decided to improve my situation by joining a gym and I went 3 times a week. I started to eat less fatty foods and exercised by jogging around the block every morning before school
