You don’t have to go to the Gym, you could just walk to school!
If you don’t like playing different sporting games that doesn’t matter. To help you get fit you could just walk to school regularly instead of dragging your parents out. Also walking doesn’t cost anything, but going to school by car, taxi or bus does.
Eating healthier is a good thing for all people, eating the right foods and not eating junk food between meals. You could even take a different route to school. you don’t have to walk to school by yourself, you could meet up with a group of friends.
There are many people that don’t like PE in school, so getting up early and walking will keep you fit. Walking in the morning will also wake you up.
You could set yourself a target by saying you have to make it to school in a certain amount of time. Save yourself money by walking and don’t be lazy by taking the bus, taxi etc.

You could lose weight or even socialise with other friends or meet new people. If you are one of those people who hates doing physical education in school then walking to school is the best thing you can possibly do. You could really get your muscles going.
It is known today that not enough teenagers are getting enough exercise every week. By walking to school this will help because walking is an exercise. So why don’t you tell yourself to stuff the bus or the car or which other way you get to school and say "I’m walking to school today to get my exercise done for the week".
Keep away from the junk food and get those legs going and WALK TO SCHOOL!
