1. Think Ahead
Plan what you’re going to do if you lose your mates e.g. agree a place and time to meet up. Think about how you’re going to get home at the end of the night and make sure you have enough money on you.

If you do decide to go off somewhere with somebody, always make sure your friends know that you are leaving the venue and agree when and where you will meet up again.

Keep an eye on your drink and make sure you don’t get spiked - it only takes a second for someone to spike your drink
